We are seeking a proactive and versatile Human Resources & Executive Assistant who will set up and manage all HR functions while also assisting the Directors in general operations. This person will be the first point of contact for all HR matters and play a key role in shaping the culture, compliance, and people management framework of the company. This is an end-to-end HR generalist role with added executive assistant responsibilities ideal for someone who is organized, resourceful, and excited to wear multiple hats in a growing company. Key Responsibilities Human Resources (Primary Role) Policy Development & Compliance Draft and implement HR policies (attendance, leaves, work timings, performance management, disciplinary procedures). Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards. Recruitment & Staffing Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, shortlisting, interviewing, onboarding. Coordinate with department heads and Directors for manpower planning. Employee Records & Administration Maintain accurate employee files, records, and HR databases. Track leaves, attendance, and benefits. Payslip issuance and management Performance & Employee Relations Assist in setting up appraisal systems, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms. Address employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and ensure healthy workplace culture. Exit Management Manage resignations, terminations, and exit formalities. Conduct exit interviews and ensure smooth offboarding. Executive Assistant / General Administrative Support (Secondary Role) Assist Directors with scheduling, travel arrangements, and correspondence. Qualifications Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). 25 years of HR experience (generalist profile preferred). Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor law compliance, and recruitment. Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently. Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with HRMS tools is a plus.
