Job Description

Role: VoIP Developer
Experience: 3–7 Years
Primary Skills: Kamailio / OpenSIPS, IMS Knowledge, Diameter, SIP Stack
Positions: 3–4
Location: Remote

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and experienced VoIP Developer skilled in SIP protocol stacks, Kamailio/OpenSIPS, IMS call flows, and Diameter based communication. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C/C++ development, troubleshooting complex VoIP systems, and building scalable communication server components.

Key ResponsibilitiesCore Development & Protocols

  • Design, develop, and maintain VoIP applications using Kamailio or OpenSIPS.
  • Work with SIP, SDP, RTP/SRTP, TLS protocols for high-performance communication services.
  • Develop Diameter-based modules and handle IMS interactions.
  • Implement logic in C/C++ programming for VoIP control modules.
  • Work with MySQL/MongoDB for backend data storage.

System Expertise

  • Troubleshoot SIP call flows, RTP streams, and registration issues using tools like SIPp, sngrep, ngrep, tcpdump.
  • Deep understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, and Layer-3 VPN configurations.
  • Work with Enterprise PBX features such as routing, voicemail, IVR, ACD, call recording.
  • Debug and optimize high-availability communication services.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Review work of team members and provide quality checks.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams for integration and deployment.
  • Prepare technical documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Asterisk, FreeSwitch and soft-PBX development.
  • Knowledge of IPC, API design, message queues.
  • Additional programming languages: Python, PHP, JavaScript, Java.
  • Linux server administration & shell scripting.
  • Security, firewall management.
  • Hands-on with tools: cmake, git, build systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,300,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
