Job Description

Title: UxM Nexthink (Architect Level)

Experience: 10+ years

Location: Coimbatore / Chennai /Bangalore

Notice Period: 0-15Days Max

Key responsibilities:

Platform administration and maintenance:

Install, configure, and maintain the Nexthink platform, including Appliances, Engines, and Web Consoles.
Monitor platform health, performance, and license management.
Ensure the platform is up-to-date with the latest software versions and patches.

Data analysis and reporting:

Analyze end-user device data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Create and maintain dashboards, investigations, and reports to visualize key metrics.
Communicate findings and provide actionable insights to other IT teams.

Troubleshooting and incident resolution:

Use Nexthink to detect and diagnose IT issues proactively.
Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve incidents and develop remediation plans.
Develop and implement proactive measures to prevent future incidents.

Configuration and customization:

Configure and tune Nexthink features like campaigns, remote actions, alerts, and scores.
Develop and deploy custom remote actions and scripts (e.g., using NQL or Powershell).
Assist with collector packaging and deployment.

Integration:

Integrate the Nexthink platform with other IT tools, such as ITSM platforms or external databases.

Required skills and experience:

Experience with the Nexthink platform and its components.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in NQL (Nexthink Query Language) and/or Powershell.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure operations and digital employee experience (DEX).
Experience with creating dashboards, alerts, and investigations.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
