Hiring || Technician - Maintenance || Pharma lab machine

A.

• To perform

  maintenance of all the equipments & perform installation/ operation qualification of any new equipments in FR&D to meet safety & quality requirements and perform calibration.

• To minimize downtime

  , proactively troubleshoot, resolve equipment issues, and perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks efficiently.

Key Accountabilities

Equipment Maintenance & Operation

• Perform routine inspections of equipments to identify wear and tear or potential issues before they escalate.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and equipments to ensure operation/ performance. FR&D lab AHU/ HVAC operation & maintenance.

Troubleshooting & Repair

• Diagnose equipment malfunctions using appropriate tools and techniques to minimize operational disruption.
• Collaborate with technical specialists & external Machine vendors to develop solutions for complex maintenance issues.

Safety, Quality & Compliance

• Equipments installation, qualification process and related documentation. Adhere to required standards during all maintenance activities to ensure safety, operation & compliance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance procedures, inspections, and repairs for regulatory audits.
• Conduct quality checks on completed maintenance tasks to ensure they meet company standards, URS and specifications. Report any quality issues related to maintenance work to management for resolution and improvement.
• Act as a key member of the emergency response team, prepared to respond to equipment failures or safety incidents.

A.

Minimum Education Requirement

• ITI / Diploma engineering/ BSc in mechanical branch

Experience

• 5-10 years proven experience within FR&D Labs/ Pilot/ Manufacturing plant in the pharmaceutical company
