Hiring Supply Chain Manager For Stanley Unit- Electronicity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Supply Chain Management team. The ideal candidate Should have a strong background in furniture supply chain management, logistics, and team leadership. Candidates worked in IKEA supplier would be an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform supply chain decisions.
• Oversee the management of supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals, including managers, analysts, and coordinators.
• Foster a positive work environment, promoting employee engagement and development.
• Develop and track key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
• Analyse data and insights to inform supply chain decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and other external partners.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in furniture supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Industry Experience: Experience working in a similar industry or sector.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in supply chain software, such as SAP.
