Knowledge in plastic injection mold manufacturing, molding process, defects and troubleshooting, tooling considerations and design & development of plastic parts. According to Part defects, can provide suggestion, analysis and improvements. Validate engineering changes request from customer. Sound technical and design knowledge in Mechanical considerations for product development. Hands-on experience in detailed product design/prototyping experience. Must have experience in maintaining documents related to ISO 9001 & ISO13485. Identifying the needs of the company and integrating market research to determine the needs and goals of new products. Qualification, Experience & Other Requirements: Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering / Plastic Engineering. Solid works 2018 and above AutoCAD Detail Oriented, self- driven with strong organization skills, logical thinker, results oriented. Can work under pressure and deliver task within timeline. Ability to work with Europe Design team and communicate effectively. Must have Engineering Degree in Plastics/Mechanical with relevant working experience of around 3 to 5 years and sound knowledge in Plastics.

Key &Functional Responsibilities and Authority Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including procurement of Raw Material, logistics, inventory management, and production planning. Coordinate closely with plant technical teams to understand material specifications, quality standards, and delivery timelines, enabling timely and efficient procurement. Monitor and forecast demand to ensure product availability and optimal inventory levels. Negotiate contracts, rates, credit terms, and ensure compliance with company policies. Oversee inventory management, stock audits, and reconciliation processes. Implement best practices in stores management FIFO, safety stock, and inventory optimization. Lead the stores & purchase team with accountability for timely procurement and accurate stock records. Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation. Monitor and manage purchase budgets, contracts, and tax implications to align with company policies and statutory norms. Optimize inventory levels to balance supply and demand, minimizing carrying costs . Manage Slow, Non-Moving and obsolete inventory. Analyze supply chain data and performance to identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and environmental standards. Utilize ERP to track inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and ensure data accuracy. Design pricing models and strategies that balance competitiveness and profitability. Expertise in sourcing and vendor development(Domestic & International) and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure a reliable and competitive supply chain. Perform detailed costing and price analysis of parts to support supplier negotiations and cost reduction initiatives. Ensure adherence to all international & domestic trade laws, customs regulations, and local compliance standards. Manage documentation like shipping bills, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and import/export licenses. Manage budgets related to international shipping and customs. Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs, transport agencies, and warehousing teams. Qualification, Experience & Other Requirements: Bachelors/masters degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration with relevant experience around '10 to 12' years. Proficiency in MS Office for data analysis and reporting. Hands-on experience in costing and price negotiation. Ability to lead a team and collaborate across departments. Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management tools.
