Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage showroom operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
Ensure timely delivery of products to customers, meeting their expectations and requirements.
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, inventory levels, and customer interactions.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to increase revenue.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-4 years of experience in consumer durables or home appliances sales (preferably in an offroll role).
Strong knowledge of LG brand products and their features/benefits.
Excellent communication skills with ability to handle customer queries effectively.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity.
