Roles and Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, stock control, and customer service.
Oversee sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase revenue growth.
Lead a team of retail staff, providing guidance on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store appearance.
Analyze sales data to optimize product assortment, pricing strategy, and promotional activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-6 years of experience in retail or e-commerce industry with expertise in Store Management or related field.
Strong understanding of Retail Operations & Store Operations principles with ability to apply them effectively.
Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving targets.
Proficiency in using technology such as POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
