Job Description

About the Role:

ServiceNow Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform based on business requirements.
Customize ServiceNow applications including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the platform.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Adhere to ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards.

Required Qualifications:

02 years of hands-on experience
with ServiceNow development or administration.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
certification is
mandatory
.
Basic understanding of ITIL framework and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web technologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

Exposure to ServiceNow modules like HRSD, CSM, ITOM, or GRC.
Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Familiarity with ServiceNow Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
