Hiring Senior Executive - Corporate Marketing in Hospital

Job Title:

Job Purpose:

To drive business development and brand visibility by developing and managing corporate marketing initiatives, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring strong corporate client engagement for the hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Relations & Business Development

• Identify, approach, and establish partnerships with corporates, TPAs, wellness companies, and insurance providers.
  
• Plan and execute corporate tie-ups, health camps, and wellness programs at corporate offices.
  
• Generate leads from corporate accounts for health check-ups, OPDs, and specialty services.
  
• Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with HR and admin teams of corporate clients.
  

Marketing & Branding

• Execute internal and external marketing campaigns tailored to the corporate segment.
  
• Coordinate with creative teams for developing corporate brochures, wellness packages, and promotional content.
  
• Organize and participate in corporate events, medical conferences, and health awareness activities.
  

Client Servicing

• Act as a liaison between corporate clients and hospital departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  
• Address queries, concerns, or service issues from corporate clients promptly.
  
• Track satisfaction levels and obtain feedback to improve offerings.
  

Reporting & Analysis

• Monitor and report performance metrics such as leads generated, conversion rates, client retention, and revenue from corporate channels.
  
• Maintain a database of corporate contacts, campaigns, and outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  
• 3–6 years of experience in corporate marketing or business development, preferably in a hospital or healthcare industry
  
• Familiarity with corporate health & wellness programs and insurance processes is a plus
  

Working Conditions:

• Willingness to travel locally for corporate visits and events
  
• Flexibility in work hours during campaigns or external events
