Application Lead SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting

This is a key position that requires both technical expertise and leadership capabilities to support business-critical financial systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Serve as a
Subject Matter Expert (SME)
in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
Lead, mentor, and manage the development team effectively.
Take ownership of team decisions and drive accountability.
Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key strategic decisions.
Provide innovative solutions to technical and functional challenges across teams.
Conduct training sessions and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
Monitor overall project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must-Have Skills:

Strong proficiency in
SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting
.
Solid understanding of
financial accounting principles and practices
.
Experience with
integration
of SAP modules and third-party systems.
Ability to
analyze business requirements
and convert them into technical specifications.
Familiarity with
SAP reporting tools
and
data analysis techniques
.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum
7.5 years of hands-on experience
in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
Total experience of
810 years
in SAP Financial modules or related areas.
A minimum of
15 years of full-time education
(Bachelors degree or higher).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
