Job Role & Responsibilities

Promote and sell
Kotak 811 digital accounts
to new and existing customers.
Engage with corporates to identify entry points and expand digital banking reach.
Maintain and grow customer relationships by offering relevant banking solutions.
Track and resolve customer queries and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and relationship history.
Drive penetration of family/group accounts within the mapped customer base.
Travel extensively within city limits for field sales and customer engagement.

below 26 years

Education:
Graduate from a UGC-recognized university (02 years of experience).
Freshers welcome

KYC
