Job Title: Regional Sales Manager Dental Pharmaceuticals

Department:

Job Summary:

Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

Key Responsibilities:

Regional Sales Management

Achieve sales targets for the region through effective leadership and territory management.
Analyse & develop regional market trends and adjust strategies to capitalize on growth opportunities.
Develop sales by ensuring strategy implementation as per organisational plan, monitoring product movement, availability & prescription generation

Team Leadership & Development

Lead, mentor, manage and develop the team of ASMs and MRs under him
Conduct regular training, cycle & sales meetings, field visits, and performance evaluation

Reporting & Compliance

Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to the Zonal/National Sales Manager.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
Monitor competitor activities and share actionable intelligence.

Qualifications:

Graduation BSc preferably with MBA.
MBA in Marketing or Sales Management preferred.

Experience:

5–10 years of experience
in pharmaceutical sales.
Experience in
dental products/pharmaceuticals
is highly preferred.

Key Skills:

Leadership & team development
Knowledge of dental pharma products.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Compensation:

Fixed Salary + Performance-based incentives
