Job Description

Role : QA Automation Engineer

Experience: 6+ yrs

Location : Noida / Kolkata / Mumbai (Hybrid)

We are looking for a QA Automation professional to drive test automation strategy, mentor QA engineers, and ensure high-quality software delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on automation experience, leadership capabilities, and exposure to modern testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines, and will lead QA activities, ensure high-quality releases, and contribute to building automated test coverage.

Required Skills & Experience

6+ years of experience in QA with good exp in Automation
Well versed with automation concepts and working knowledge of Java and Selenium for web automation
Hands-on with JS based automation tools like Playwright, Cypress
Good in API automation skills - Exposure to mobile app automation using Appium
Hands-on with integration of automation solution in CI/CD pipelines
Good debugging and troubleshooting skills, problem solver
Perform code reviews and ensure test coverage and quality standards
Mentor junior QA engineers and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions
Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and tools

Soft Skills

Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical and problem-solving mindset
Ability to work in fast-paced environments
