Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain

    automated test frameworks

    using

    Python

    and

    Robot Framework.

  • Create, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for regression, integration, and functional testing.

  • Integrate test suites with

    CI/CD pipelines

    for continuous validation.

  • Debug test failures, identify root causes, and work with developers to resolve issues quickly.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
  • Document test results, automation strategies, and framework enhancements.
  • Stay up to date with new automation tools, techniques, and trends especially in Python-based ecosystems.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 6–10 years of overall QA automation experience.

  • Strong proficiency in

    Python scripting

    for automation.

  • Hands-on experience in

    Robot Framework

    (or must be willing to quickly learn and demonstrate readiness).

  • Solid understanding of test automation frameworks, structure, and best practices.
  • Knowledge of API automation, UI automation, and test data management.

  • Experience with

    CI/CD tools

    (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions).

  • Familiarity with

    Linux/Unix environments

    and command-line scripting.

  • Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
