PYP Learning Support Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individualized and small-group support to PYP students with varied learning needs.
Collaborate with homeroom and subject teachers to adapt lessons, resources, and assessments.
Develop, implement and monitor Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) for identified students.
Foster inclusive classroom practices that support inquiry-based learning.
Document interventions, track student progress, and share updates with teachers and parents.
Participate actively in collaborative planning and reflection meetings.
Support professional development sessions for staff on inclusive strategies when required.

Qualifications:

Bachelors/Master'ssters in Education, Special Education or related field.
Prior experience in IB PYP or international schools (preferred).
