Job Description

Role Overview

Project Planner

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain
detailed project schedules and timelines
using planning tools.
Prepare
baseline schedules, progress plans, and look-ahead schedules
.
Track
project progress vs. plan
and highlight deviations.
Coordinate with
project managers, engineers, and stakeholders
for schedule updates.
Prepare
weekly and monthly progress reports
for management.
Identify
schedule risks, delays, and bottlenecks
and propose corrective actions.
Support
resource planning, manpower planning, and workload forecasts
.
Monitor
cost vs. schedule performance indicators (SPI, CPI)
where applicable.
Maintain proper
project documentation and planning records
.
Support
change management and re-baselining
of project plans when required.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in
Engineering / Management / Planning / Construction / IT
or equivalent.
3+ years of experience
in project planning or project controls.
Proven experience in
schedule development and progress tracking
.
