SUMMARY Job Description: Application Performance Monitoring Specialist We are seeking an experienced Application Performance Monitoring Specialist with over 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of application architecture and possess the ability to effectively monitor application performance for optimal coverage. Location: Hyderabad Responsibilities: Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders. Gain a deep understanding of the application's architecture to determine the most effective monitoring strategies. Proficient in monitoring tools, with a preference for Vusmartmap. Generate MIS reports to provide insights into application performance. Manage vendors and track SLAs to ensure service delivery standards are met. Possess a basic understanding of operating systems and databases. Requirements Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in application performance monitoring. Proficiency in Vusmartmap and at least one other secondary skill. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to understand and work with application architecture. Familiarity with monitoring tools and MIS reporting. Experience in vendor management and SLA tracking. Basic understanding of operating systems and databases.
