Hiring Pre Primary Teacher (Kompally)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver interactive, age-appropriate lessons that encourage literacy, numeracy, creativity, and motor skill development.
• Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom atmosphere that supports holistic child development.
• Observe and document each child’s progress and developmental milestones.
• Modify teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and individual needs.
• Collaborate with peers to plan thematic units and participate in school-wide activities.
• Communicate regularly and effectively with parents and guardians about student growth.
• Maintain classroom organization, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school community events.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (B.Ed preferred).
• Prior experience teaching pre-primary or early childhood levels.
• Strong communication, creativity, and classroom management skills.
• Genuine passion for early childhood education and child development.
