Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced NIS Certified Level 2 Badminton Coach to join our team at a CBSE affiliated school in Punjab. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and developing young athletes in the sport of badminton.

Responsibilities

Design and implement training programs for students to improve their badminton skills.
Conduct regular coaching sessions and evaluate students performance.
Organize and lead badminton tournaments and events within the school and inter-school competitions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of badminton coaching techniques and strategies.
Foster a positive and motivating environment for students during training and matches.
Work closely with school administration and parents to promote the badminton program.

Skills and Qualifications

NIS Certified Level 2 Badminton Coach qualification is mandatory.
3-10 years of experience in coaching badminton at a competitive level, preferably in a school setting.
Strong knowledge of badminton techniques, rules, and strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff.
Ability to design training programs tailored to different skill levels and age groups.
Proven track record of successfully coaching athletes to achieve their personal bests.
