1. Merchandiser (Fresher / Experienced)

Responsibilities:

Assist in sampling, product development & order follow-ups
Coordinate with suppliers, production, and internal teams
Handle costing, trims, fabrics, and documentation
Track production status and delivery timelines
Support buyer communication and approvals
Maintain merchandising reports and files

Skills Required:

Good communication & coordination skills
Knowledge or interest in textiles/garments
Basic MS Excel skills
Ability to learn and work in a fast-paced environment

Qualification:

Any Graduate
Textile / Fashion / Apparel graduates preferred
Freshers with interest in merchandising can apply

2. HR Executive

Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for retail & garment roles
Onboarding, joining formalities & documentation
Attendance management & HR record maintenance
Payroll input support
Employee engagement and issue resolution
HR policy implementation and compliance
Day-to-day HR operations & coordination

Skills Required:

Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Experience in recruitment & HR operations
Good knowledge of MS Office
Garment/Retail industry experience is an added advantage

Qualification:

Any Graduate
MBA in HR preferred
