Job Title: Lead Design Strategist

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Job Overview: As the Lead Design Strategist, you will work with a high-end multidisciplinary design team to develop innovative and strategic designs for exhibition stalls / trade show booths for premium exhibitors in USA and Europe. Your role will encompass the entire creative process, from research, concept development to final design. You will focus on enhancing the user experience, ensuring that each design is functional, aesthetically appealing, and aligned with the clients brand identity. In addition, you will drive creative design strategies that reflect industry trends, while fostering a collaborative, inspiring team environment. Key

Responsibilities:

1. Leadership & Team Management:

o Leadandinspire a team of designers to deliver high-quality, innovative designs.

o Oversee the design process, ensuring projects meet both client expectations and internal standards.

2. Creative Concept Development:

o Research on elements and environments to generate innovative concepts for exhibition stalls / trade show booths

o Understand client vision and translate it into creative, impactful design solutions.

o Stayupdated with industry trends and technology to infuse fresh ideas and new materials and elements into designs.

3. Design Strategy:

o Develop and implement design strategies that align with clients' brand identity and enhance user engagement.

o Oversee the development of new designs and mockups.

o Launchnewdesign concepts internally to raise the design standards of the company

4. Collaboration & Communication:

o Actasaliaison between market, design teams, and other stakeholders in the company

o Present design ideas to management and ensuring revisions meet the creative vision.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Design, Fine Arts, Interior Design, or a related field.

Expertise in design software such as 3D Max, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.

Strong understanding of spatial design, materials, and fabrication processes.

Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.

Experience:

Minimum of 4-10 years of experience in exhibition stall, space designing and retail with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects.

Proven experience in leading and managing design teams.

Experience of working on customers in USA, UK, western Europe or Canada will be an added advantage.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
