About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on IT Systems Administrator – Team Lead to oversee and support our IT infrastructure, including servers, endpoints, cloud platforms, and security systems. This role involves managing diverse systems, mentoring support teams, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain Windows/Linux servers and desktop environments.

Perform patching, policy maintenance, and security updates.

Configure and troubleshoot network components — routers, firewalls, and switches.

Manage Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Azure AD environments.

Administer endpoint security tools (e.g., Bitdefender) and ensure compliance.

Manage MDM platforms (Intune, JumpCloud) for user identity and device security.

Handle L1–L3 support tickets and coordinate with vendors for escalations.

Maintain IT assets, licenses, and vendor contracts.

Support voice platforms (Dialpad, Twilio) and web hosting management.

Key Skills & Qualifications

3–6 years of experience in system administration or IT infrastructure management.

Proficient in Windows & Linux ecosystems; scripting (PowerShell/Bash) is a plus.

Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Certifications preferred: Azure Administrator Associate, CCNA, CompTIA Network+/Security+, or ITIL v4.
