Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Hiring role based in Puducherry. The role involves collaborating with department managers to identify hiring needs, developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, sourcing talent through various platforms, and coordinating interviews and selection processes. The Hiring Specialist will also support onboarding processes, maintain a talent pipeline, and contribute to internal HR projects as needed to enhance organizational growth and diversity.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing techniques, and recruitment tools
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple hiring projects with attention to detail and effective time management
• Knowledge of employment laws, industry best practices, and compliance standards
• Prior experience in full-cycle recruitment or HR roles is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
