Designation: Sales Associate/Sr Associate Location: Gurgaon Salary 5-7 LPA ( depending on interview preference and experience ) Experience: fresher / 0-3 yrs Roles & responsibilities 1. Managing Sales cycle a. Regular client follow-ups 2. Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs 3. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media 4. Analyzing the customer requirements to provide the right solution 5. Helping sales team with key account management a. Achieving sales target 6. Managing customer relationships 7. Create reviews and reports as required 8. Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations 9. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences 10. Help Resolve customer complaints within TAT 11. Provide feedback from the market on pricing / quality etc. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or a related field or an MBA Strong organizational and communication skills especially client facing communication Good analytical and problem-solving skills Able to perform well under pressure ***Note: No Consulting Charges.
