Job Description

We are hiring French language specialist with technical experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert technical support to customers primarily through phone, email, and chat, addressing a wide range of application issues.
Fluently communicate complex technical information in both French and English, ensuring clear understanding and effective resolution for all customers.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems efficiently and accurately, guiding users through step-by-step solutions.
Document all customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions thoroughly and accurately in our CRM system.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional, empathetic, and effective communication.

What We're Looking For:

1 year and above of experience in a technical support role.
Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
Flexibility to work in night shifts.
Should be ready to work from office.
Transport will be provided for both pick and drop(*25km radius).
Salary 6 lakhs to 6.5 lakhs per annum.
Should be able to join immediately.
