We are looking for a professional with experience in Retirement Servicesfocused on Money-In & Money-Out (MIMO), Corrections, and Tax Reportingto support U.S. retirement plan operations (401k, IRA, etc.).
Process Money-In & Money-Out transactions (contributions, withdrawals, loans, rollovers).
Need Exp in Retirement Services / Defined Contribution Operations
Handle corrections, adjustments, and transactional reconciliations.
Support tax reporting activities (1099-R, 5498, 1042-S).
Ensure compliance with IRS/DOL/ERISA guidelines.
Work closely with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
Strong knowledge of taxability, penalties, RMD rules, hardships, QDRO, and ERISA guidelines
Understanding of retirement markets: 401(k), 403(b), 457, IRA, LOSAP, governmental/top-hat plans.
2+ years in Retirement Services, Definec services, MIMO
Strong understanding of U.S. retirement plans and tax forms.
Excellent analytical & communication skills.
