Job Description

Location: Navi Mumbai- Ghansoli Designation: Analyst/Sr Analyst/ SME Sub Process: Trade Settlements Role : The Trade Settlement person is responsible for timely and accurate processing and authorization of trade settlement instructions for various financial instruments including DTC/FED, EUROCLEAR, and cross-border trades. The role also involves the settlement of new issues, netting, pair offs, and trade partials, with a focus on fixed income trades. This position requires expertise in the trade life cycle, trade processing, and familiarity with systems like SWIFT and Bloomberg. Job Responsibilities : 1. Timely process and authorize trade settlement instructions (DTC/FED, EUROCLEAR, cross-border trades) 2. Effectively process the settlement of fixed income trades 3. Handle new issues settlement, netting, pair offs, and trade partials 4. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of trade settlements 5. Use SWIFT and Bloomberg for trade processing 6. Understand and monitor the complete trade life cycle 8. Resolve trade settlement issues and discrepancies promptly 9. Maintain comprehensive records of all trade transactions 10. Adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements in trade settlements Job Responsibilities : 1. Provide insights for process improvements 2. Keep abreast of market developments and industry best practices Criteria : 1. 3+ years of experience in trade settlement 2. Strong knowledge of equity and fixed income trade processing 3. Proficiency in using SWIFT and Bloomberg 4. Understanding of the trade life cycle 5. Experience with cross-border trade settlements 6. Knowledge of regulatory requirements in trade settlement Shifts timings: US Shift
