Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of TOSCA test automation engineers.
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis TOSCA.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and manual testers to understand automation requirements.
Implement and manage end-to-end test automation frameworks.
Integrate TOSCA tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.).
Review and improve test scripts and frameworks for scalability and robustness.
Drive automation best practices, standards, and governance across the testing team.
Analyze test results, debug issues, and generate comprehensive test reports.
Provide training and mentorship to junior automation engineers.
Interface with stakeholders to provide progress updates and manage expectations.
