Job Description Job Title- Customer Care Executive Business Unit- Retail Branch Banking Business Unit- Retail Branch Banking Reports to Reports to- Branch Manager Locations- West Delhi, South Delhi, East Delhi, Faridabad, Dwarka Interested Applicants can Email their resumes on- divya.yadav@hdfcbank.com Key Responsibilities Actively participate in Branch operations and sales equally to ensure Branch sales target are met. Ensure TAT for transaction and volume of entries that may vary depending on branch size. Cross selling & Up-selling of banking and third party products at Teller desk to help with lead generation in the branch. Database Calling to customers while ensuring maximum knowledge sharing and understanding/recording the grievances with goal of providing solution to ensure customer delight. Ensuring compliance of Banking norms for all day-to-day activities and transaction as per the laid down Bank process.
