The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in both the technical and managerial aspects of project management within a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Plan, track, and report on multiple projects, ensuring timely escalation of issues as necessary. Create and maintain comprehensive risk and issue registers. Collaborate effectively with development teams, including offshore units, to gather and update project statuses consistently. Employ SCRUM/Agile methodologies to optimize project deliverables. Utilize Azure DevOps for project management tasks. Ensure adherence to structured project management practices. Expertise in project management tools such as MS Project and ADO Design, develop, and deliver reports tailored to various business and technical requirements. Conduct presentations and training sessions to stakeholders and employees to enhance process adherence and operational efficiency. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft .Net, SQL Server, CRM, Power BI, and other business intelligence tools.
