Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

1. Oversee the design, architecture, and development of software systems or technical products.
2. Provide guidance on best practices, code quality, system design.
3. Evaluate and adopt appropriate tools, frameworks, and technologies for project success.
4. Conduct Code reviews and ensure adherence to standards.

Team Management

1. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of developers, testers, or engineers.

Project Delivery

1. Define project plans, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
2. Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of quality solutions.
3. Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure proper documentation and process adherence.

Stakeholder Communication

1. Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other departments to translate requirements into technical solutions.
2. Present technical proposals, status updates, and reports to senior management and clients.

Quality & Process Improvement

1. Implement CI/CD, DevOps, and automation practices to improve productivity.
2. Ensure system reliability, performance, and security standards.
3. Continuously evaluate processes and introduce improvements for efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.610 years of experience in software development or technical delivery roles.Proven experience leading technical teams and managing end-to-end delivery.Strong knowledge in 

1. C#,Asp.Net,React JS,.Net Core WebAPI
2. Data Structures and Algorithms
3. Systems Design (HLD and LLD)
4. Databases(SQL/Oracle)
5. Operating Systems (Processes and Threads)
6. Computer Networks

.Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps).Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
