Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the organization.
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates.
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidate quality.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on interviewing techniques.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Ability to analyze data and create reports using MS Excel.
  • Proficiency in HRSd system.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of Shared Services environment.
  • 1-4 years of experience in Recruitment or related field (Talent Acquisition).
