Role Overview:

Structural Design Engineers

Key Responsibilities: (Not Limited to)

Structural design and analysis of
railway bridges, road bridges, and industrial structures
Preparation and review of
General Arrangement Drawings (GADs)
Application of relevant
railway bridge design codes
,
RDSO specifications
, and standard drawings
Structural calculations, design reports, and technical documentation
Coordination with drafting, project, and site teams for design clarifications
Use and validation of in-house Excel design sheets

Technical Skills & Software

Strong working knowledge of:

STAAD
MIDAS
CSI Bridge
Excel-based in-house design tools

Sound understanding of
Indian Standards (IS Codes)
and
RDSO guidelines

Key Competencies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in design
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Good technical communication skills
