Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Spoken English Trainer to join our Bhubaneswar team. You will play a vital role in preparing young adults for employment by enhancing their communication, confidence, and fluency in English. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a classroom setting, connects easily with youth, and is committed to their long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging and effective Spoken English sessions for batches of 25–30 students
• Assess student progress regularly and adapt teaching methods accordingly
• Provide individual mentorship and feedback to support students’ personal development
• Share session updates and learner progress with the Master Trainer
• Collaborate with the team to enhance the curriculum and teaching strategies
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and assessment data
• Support other Lighthouse initiatives and team activities as needed

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
• 1–2 years of experience in teaching/training, preferably in Spoken English or communication skills

Skills:

• Strong command of spoken and written English
• Confident classroom presence with facilitation and presentation skills
• Empathetic and youth-friendly approach
• Comfortable using basic digital tools (MS Office, Google Suite, etc.)
• Passionate about youth empowerment and social impact
• Open to feedback and continuous learning
