You will collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to digitize and streamline enterprise workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy custom applications using

  ServiceNow App Engine

  .
• Develop user-friendly interfaces using

  UI Builder

  and

  Now Experience Framework

  .
• Utilize

  Flow Designer

  ,

  Data Designer

  , and

  Decision Builder

  to create no/low-code workflows.
• Integrate applications with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Maintain data integrity through best practices in CMDB/data modeling.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and developers to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and performance standards.
• Create technical documentation and conduct peer reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform development.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with

  App Engine Studio

  and custom application development.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs.
• Strong understanding of

  Flow Designer

  ,

  UI Builder

  ,

  Security Rules

  , and

  Access Controls (ACLs)

  .
• Experience with data schema design and form layout customization.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology and CI/CD practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Experience with

  Performance Analytics

  ,

  Virtual Agent

  , or

  GenAI features

  is a plus.
• Exposure to modules like ITSM, HRSD, or CSM is an advantage.
