Job Description

SERVICE ENGINEER

Experience:5+ Years

Location: Bengaluru

Key Responsibility Areas:

You will be part of the Product & Customer Support team and your role, broadly, is as below:

Testing and commissioning of machines on customer site Across construction & mining, cargo handling and on-road load handling equipment
Schedule visits to customers for service – both scheduled and preventive maintenance.
Provide technical support and guidance to clients and operators.
Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly.
Maintain service records, repair logs, and inspection checklists.
Provide feedback and reports to technical teams regarding recurring problems or part failures.
Train customers or operators on proper machine operation and maintenance.
Assist in machine demonstrations and trials.
Coordinate with the spare parts department for timely availability of components.
Work closely with other functions for product improvements
