Location: Ghansoli AndheriExperience: 2 to 8yrs ExperienceCTC 6.5LPAShifts: US ShiftsWeekends: 2 Rotational week offEducation: HSC /GraduateKey Responsibilities: Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Active Directory (AD), Exchange, and Office 365 (O365). Assist with user account management, password resets, and access control in Active Directory. Provide support for Microsoft Exchange (mailbox issues, shared mailboxes, distribution lists). Troubleshoot O365 applications (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.). Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for Windows/Mac devices. Support Intune, LANDesk, SCCM, and ensure compliance with antivirus policies. Follow ITIL best practices for incident, request, problem, and change management. Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and maintain an updated knowledge base.
