.NET Support Engineer

Role & responsibilities:

Develop, test, and maintain software applications using .NET, C#, and other relevant technologies.

• Write clean, well-structured, and efficient code while adhering to coding standards and best

practices.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot application issues.

• Investigate and resolve production incidents, bugs, and defects.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between different components

or systems.

• Work with databases (e.g., SQL Server) to design schemas, write queries, and optimize database

interactions.

• Write unit tests to ensure the reliability and correctness of code, using testing frameworks like

NUnit or xUnit.

• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and

retrospectives.

Skill Set:

• Hands-on experience in software development using .NET and C#.
• 4+ years of experience supporting .NET applications.
