Job Title: Senior Product Manager GenAI

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

Job Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the roadmap for GenAI products including intelligent chatbots, RAG-powered knowledge systems, and AI-driven analytics platforms.
• Spearhead the design and implementation of scalable GenAI solutions using RAG frameworks and conversational AI, ensuring high relevance, accuracy, and user engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, business leaders, and external partners to align product goals with enterprise needs.
• Ensure seamless integration of GenAI capabilities into existing digital products such as Procurement Analytics, Inventory Management, Demand Forecasting, and Supply Planning.
• Apply design thinking and user research to build intuitive, impactful AI products that solve real business problems and drive adoption.
• Use KPIs, user feedback, and performance metrics to iterate and improve product features, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Identify new opportunities for GenAI applications within company ecosystem, championing initiatives that deliver measurable business value.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Technical Expertise
• Hands-on experience with RAG frameworks and LLM fine-tuning
• Proven track record in chatbot development and conversational AI
• Familiarity with GenAI tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs, etc.
• Product Management Experience
• Minimum 7+ years of overall experience, with at least 4+ years in product management
• Experience in Agile methodologies, roadmap planning, and cross-functional execution
• Business & Analytical Skills
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data visualization, KPI tracking, and competitive analysis
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
