Job Description

Role & responsibilities Performs basic telephonic investigation including oral and written communications with client, claimant, witnesses, and all related resources to determine extent of clients liability Builds strong client relationships through timely and responsive interactions Maintains timely diary of claims Reaches productivity goals through proactive file management Consistently achieves audit scores of 90% and above Completes special projects as assigned in a timely, satisfactory manner Other duties as assigned. Preferred candidate profile Candidates should have experience any from Property and Casualty Insurance or Order to Cash or Cash Application or claims or Underwriting background preferable
