Job Description

-SuccessFactors Employee Central module having 8 plus years EC implementation experience & Certification.

- Associate/Professional Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central

- Good knowledge in configuration of EC with Time and Position Management etc.

- Good knowledge of MDF objects, Rules and Workflows.

- Good business knowledge of various HR processes and Talent management processes.

- Experience with data migration and data management activities in SF

- Must possess strong analytical skills.

- Must have good documentation skills and should be able to work in global environment.

-Experience and knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology for SuccessFactors

- BIB integration (configurations, error analysis, Payload extract and understanding)

- Global Assignment Scenarios for BIB replication

- Holiday Calendar and factory calendar configuration

- Project system and C4C integration interface

- Personal area, subarea, employee group, subgroup creation whenever new mapping is required

- TR movement process to production for new changes

- HCM PA OM modules

- Overview of custom reports used for BIB, pulse integrations
