Job Description

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to provide detailed information on auto loan offerings and benefits, showcasing customized product options.
Ensure low turnaround time (TAT) and maintain high service standards to achieve sales targets.
Assist customers throughout the new or used car loan processing journey.
Visit customers residences or offices for document collection as required.
Submit physical loan files within defined TAT to ensure smooth processing.
Support collections team by following up on missed EMIs when needed.
Attend to walk-in customers at dealership locations and resolve their queries promptly.
