Job Title - Business Development Executive. (Male candidate preferred)

Ray-steeds Energy Private Limited Company is a registered entity with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs Government of India. The company has its corporate identity number as U74999UR2016PTC007094 and is headquartered in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, with a branch office in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. Our main focus is on developing renewable energy infrastructure, smart home equipment, future energy, and smart city projects. As a company, we are highly concerned about climate change and are dedicated to contributing towards a clean and green environment.

Key Responsibilities :-

  • Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold outreach. Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Client Engagement: Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Understand clients' needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets. Collaborate with the sales team to drive business growth and market expansion.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance business strategies.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business.
  • Reporting: Monitor and report on business development activities and performance. Track key metrics and prepare reports for management review.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to business development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or similar role in a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales and business development principles, techniques, and best practices.
