Job Description

Job Opening: Quality Engineer Concrete

Location:

Key Responsibilities

Implement and monitor QA/QC plans for concrete works.
Inspect and approve raw materials (cement, aggregates, admixtures, etc.).
Supervise concrete mix design and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Monitor batching plant operations and equipment calibration.
Conduct on-site quality tests (slump test, compressive strength test, etc.).
Ensure proper placement, compaction, finishing, and curing of concrete.
Prepare quality reports, inspection records, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and consultants for quality compliance.
Investigate and resolve quality issues with corrective and preventive measures.

Requirements

Bachelors degree/diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
3-5 years of experience in QA/QC for concrete works.
Strong knowledge of concrete technology, mix design, and testing standards.
Familiar with QA/QC documentation, ISO standards, and safety practices.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in Quality Management / Concrete Technology.
Experience in infrastructure or high-rise building projects.
