To establish & sustain robust quality processes for equipment manufacturing supplied to pharmaceutical, food, and chemical industries. The role demands hands-on expertise in CE & ATEX certification, preparation of technical quality documentation, and standardization of QA/QC formats across the supply chain and final assembly. The role requires competency to handle to handle document traceability, Document packages, & Customer Inspection.
Description
Process Setup & Documentation
Develop and implement quality assurance plans, checklists, and inspection test plans (ITPs) tailored for pharma/food equipment.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation packages for customer delivery, including traceability and compliance records.
Standardize QA/QC formats for supplier and in-house manufacturing processes.
Certification & Compliance
Lead CE and ATEX certification processes for equipment, ensuring full compliance with applicable directives and standards.
Maintain readiness for audits and certification reviews (QMS, product certifications).
Supplier & Manufacturing Quality
Drive supplier quality improvements through rejection analysis, RCCM, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Inspection & Testing
Oversee incoming inspection, sampling plans, and corrective actions.
Conduct in-house and supplier audits to identify process improvement opportunities.
Manage calibration schedules and ensure accuracy of inspection/testing equipment.
Customer & ERP Integration
Coordinate customer inspections, run tests, and factory acceptance tests (FAT).
Ensure timely ERP transactions and generate supplier scorecards based on rejection data.
