1. Job Profile: QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR - Paint & Plating Inspector Production

Candidate Requirements
* Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in PTFE coating or plating inspection, preferably in fastener or surface treatment industry.* Education: Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Surface Coating, or Chemical Technology.

Work Location & Shift* Location: Mangaon Plant (On-site, full-time)* Shift: Day shift with flexibility for extended hours during batch closures or audits

2. Job Profile: Senior Stores Manager

Location:Mangaon Vile Bhaghad MIDC, Maharashtra (accommodation provided)

Key Responsibilities- Material Management- Supervise incoming material inspection, verification against purchase orders, and ERP entry.- Ensure proper tagging, binning, and storage of fasteners and raw materials.- Manage issuance of materials to production units with accurate ERP documentation.- ERP & Documentation-

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or industry-specific).- Expertise in inventory management, stock audits, and reconciliation.- Familiarity with oil & gas fastener standards (BIS, ASTM, ARAMCO).- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.

Qualifications- Graduate in Supply Chain Management, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, or Commerce.- 812 years of experience in stores/inventory management, preferably in manufacturing or oil & gas sector.- Certification in inventory management or ERP systems (preferred).

Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Accuracy of ERP stock records vs. physical audits.- Timeliness of material issuance to production.- Reduction in stock discrepancies and wastage.

3. Job Profile: DISPATCH OFFICER - Customer Order Execution Engineer

Position Overview
The Customer Order Execution Engineer will be responsible for end-to-end tracking of customer-specific orders within the factory. This includes monitoring material movement through the process route, ensuring compliance with production schedules, coordinating outsourced/purchased items.

Key Responsibilities
- Order Tracking & Material Flow- Track all materials related to a specific customer order across the factory.- Ensure materials follow the defined process route (cutting, machining, heat treatment, coating, inspection, packing).- Identify bottlenecks or loopholes in the process and escalate corrective actions.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes for fasteners and related materials.- Proficiency in ERP systems for order tracking and reporting.- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.- Ability to identify process gaps and implement corrective measures.

Qualifications- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related discipline.- 36 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in fasteners or oil & gas supply chain.- Experience in customer order tracking, ERP.
