Our company is seeking a skilled Manual Tester to join our growing team. The Manual Tester will be responsible for ensuring that all software and applications are free of defects and meet functional requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in manual testing methods, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
Review and analyze system specificationsCollaborate with software developers to identify areas for improvement and bug fixesCreate test plans and test cases based on software requirements and specificationsExecute testing procedures to ensure that all software and applications are free of defectsIdentify, document, and track bugs and defectsPerform regression testing to ensure that new changes do not have unintended consequencesDevelop and maintain test documentationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that testing is integrated into software development processesProvide training and support to junior testers and development teams
