Roles and Responsibilities of Liaison:

Coordinate and maintain relationships with
government authorities, local bodies, and regulatory departments
such as Town Planning, CMDA, DTCP, RERA, Pollution Control Board, Fire Department, and other statutory agencies.
Handle
project approvals, sanctions, and NOCs
for residential, commercial, and industrial real estate projects.
Prepare, submit, and follow up on
applications, drawings, and documentation
required for project permissions.
Ensure
timely renewal of licenses, clearances, and compliance certificates
related to building plans, environment, fire, and other statutory norms.
Coordinate with State Pollution Control Board (SPCB)
and
Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFCC)
for obtaining required environmental and pollution-related approvals.
Consent to Establish (CTE)
and
Consent to Operate (CTO).
Environmental Clearance (EC)
for large-scale or high-rise projects.
No Objection Certificates (NOCs)
for air, water, and noise pollution
Track and monitor
approval progress and communicate updates
to management and relevant departments.
Build and maintain
effective rapport with government officials
to facilitate smooth project execution.
Maintain a systematic record of
all correspondences, approvals, and compliance documents
.
Stay updated with
latest policies, government circulars, and amendments
in building and development regulations.
Assist in
land conversion, zoning, and land-use approvals
from relevant authorities.
