HIRING FOR TALENT ACQUISITION ROLE (IT) IN ORCAPOD FOR FEMALE ONLY Orcapod is looking for Female IT Recruiters Having exp in PERMANENT HIRING . PERMANENT WORK FROM HOME AND WANTS IMMEDIATE JOINERS FOR ORCAPOD 4 years of experience in IT recruitment, with at least 1-2years in the healthcare domain. Proven ability to recruit for technical roles related to healthcare systems, clinical IT, and health informatics. Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, etc.). Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills. Bachelors degree Salary (Incentive + Mob. Reimbursement) (Salary and Designation will depend upon the Experience and Interview) . Good knowledge of Screening, Mass Mailing, Job Posting & Sourcing and Job Portal and End to End Recruitment Good Communication Skills Must have Laptop & WIFI connection.
